My last day of work will be this coming May 31st. I will be moving to South Carolina and plan to practice there. I am looking forward to the next chapter in my life but will miss all my patients, staff and working with Costco. It has been a pleasure taking care of and working with all of you.
All patient files for this office will be left in the custody of a practicing doctor at this location, therefore continuity of care will not be disrupted.
